What we build

We give it access to your documents, records and past enquiries, and it shows you which one it used for every answer. So you can always check its work.
It can actually do things
Look up an order, update a record, send a message. We test everything in a safe practice mode first, so nothing goes wrong on your live data.
It knows its limits
We decide in advance what it must never do. Personal details stay protected, and anything it is unsure about goes straight to a person.
It works wherever your customers are
WhatsApp, phone, text message, your website. All one conversation, so nobody has to repeat themselves when they switch.
We check it stays accurate
Every month we score its answers against what a good answer should look like. If something makes it worse, we catch it before your customers do.
You can see what it is doing
One simple dashboard: how fast it replies, how often it passes things to a person, and exactly what it is costing you.
