Pharmacy operations require strict compliance checks, user role permissions, and fast response times. PharmaDesk suffered from manual data entry bottlenecks, slow notifications, and delayed operations. They needed a central web app to orchestrate routine workflows, notify users about medicine updates, and utilize AI assistants to accelerate administrative tasks.

As a leading AI software development company, ClarvoTech built a pharmacy operations platform using the ABP Framework on ASP.NET Core with an Angular frontend. We engineered a secure workflow automation layer using n8n to orchestrate notifications and system processes. We integrated the WhatsApp API for real-time customer and provider updates, and deployed OpenAI API assistants to automate document replies and operations checks.

We implemented role-based access control (RBAC) to restrict drug inventory edits. We designed n8n workflows that listen for inventory alerts, sending automated notifications to pharmacists via WhatsApp. We wrote custom OpenAI parsing modules to read doctor notes, extract dosage information, and fill in operations templates, verifying data safety before saving.

The PharmaDesk AI operations dashboard successfully launched, centralizing pharmacy management. Routine notifications are fully automated, and AI helpers speed up daily clinical logs check-ins.
