The Challenge
Logistics operators must manage hundreds of delivery trucks while tracking truck coordinates, fuel telemetry, and geofenced checkpoints. AVExpress needed a dashboard to track fleet locations, optimize routes, and alert dispatchers about delays.
The Solution
ClarvoTech built the AVExpress Logistics Platform using C# ASP.NET Core 8 and React. We utilized Azure IoT Hub to ingest GPS coordinates and telemetry updates from trucks, processing them through RabbitMQ queues. Routes are calculated and mapped using Google Maps Roads API.
The Process & Implementation
We designed geofencing alarms that alert managers when trucks exit predefined routes. We structured PostgreSQL tables to store millions of route coordinate history nodes, utilizing Redis to cache active truck details for instant dashboard maps updates.
The Results Delivered
The AVExpress Logistics Platform successfully launched, managing shipping grids for nationwide fleets. Truck routes are fully optimized, reducing transit delays.
